Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return for eligible products within first week (seven) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. If unable to find package you will be responsible for supplying your own.
Refund Policy
For returns initiated within the first week (seven days) from the purchase date, we offer a 100% refund of the product purchase amount. Please contact our customer support team at hushapparelconnect@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to a decided payment method upon chat.

If the return is initiated after the one-week period, you will not receive a full refund on the product cost but an alternative offer of a 50% refund on the product purchase amount. Whatever the reduced product amount's price is you will receive a discount code for the exact same amount of money off of your next purchase from our online or in person store. This discount code can be used to explore our collection and find something you'll love.
